Shipping Policy
We ship FedEx Priority or FedEx Ground. All orders ship within 2-3 business days when products are in stock. We provide tracking info for every order.
We use FedEx Priority for International shipping as well, however shipping ETA varies upon country. Please contact us with any questions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 15 day return or exchange policy. If you ordered the incorrect parts or no longer need the items you ordered. With a 25% restocking fee. As the customer you will be responsible for the return shipping. Parts/Apparel must be unused and you must contact us to start your return or exchange.
DMC Motorsports is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
Refunds:
Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
